We accept .EPS, .JPG, .PSD, .TIF, and .PDF files for uploading.

Step 1: Refer to our price list and choose a product - either from that list or from the list of items mentioned above.
Step 2: Use our submission form and fill in the specs of your job. Submit form to VMS and we will send you the final cost of your job including shipping and sales tax.
Step 3: If the price sounds right and you want to place your order, prepare your art using one of our templates.
Step 4: Submit your payment through Paypal and upload your file. We will begin to process your order as soon as we receive your payment and you will receive a proof - generally within 24 hours.
Step 5: Review and approve your pdf proof.

*Printing of your product will begin the day of or the day after VMS receives final approval on proofs sent from the VMS art department. 'Production Time' refers only to the timeframe it takes to print the item at the plant. Customers should additionally budget time for artwork approval and shipping time.
